My counter, with housing at level 21, shows max population of 2340.

wow.. is that necessary to have that much like the most u can grow an outpost is like 2000.. when the housing reach level 30 at its max.. it could be 4000-5000 haha maybe unicron will need that in another year's time to build

Maybe its so you can store more templars, you know how templars like to have more templar buddies.

Of course. Once you have 2 templars, you just can’t stop them multiplying (2 x 2 = 4, 4 x 4 = 16, ...)

I don't think it's the templars getting with other templars (I have a don't ask don't tell policy so not sure) . Its those Valkryies. Those girls know how to party. Gonna need those houses.

max population right now is: 4990
Food storage increased at the same levels as resource storage!!!

Max population for what? Colony pop or overall pop?
