after clicking on exit hyperspace I get the following.....

I'm getting the same error message. You would think I would know how to do this...having 5 bases already. Nope! I get the same error message too.

Can't Create New Colony
I have an Ancient Ship upgraded to the point where I can create a new colony, yet whenever i click on the 'move to a new colony' button it doesn't give me an option to input coordinates. Instead it tells me that 'this colony already exists, stop trying to cheat.' Seeing as I haven't inputted any coordinates, this doesn't make sense.

Try changing the name. More information would help.

i also get this same bug
you cant change the name or anything you get no option to input anything after you click move to new outpost
the only button you get is exit hyperspace

Same problem for a few days now.
After clicking on Ancient Ship to launch new colony, got exactly same problem as above posts.
