How do I transfer troops between outposts?

I tried to reinforce one of my outposts by sending soldiers from the other one. The system will not let me (I get a "no such base or it was destroyed by the clone army" message). Is there something I'm missing here?

May I ask what your putting in for the outpost name, if your using the proper colony ID and the size of both?

Never mind, it seems to be working now ... by the way, it'd be nice if finding ID numbers on bases were easier.
