I think a chat box, be a alliance only or open to all, that can be casually used while we still play be best.

The current chat box, takes you away from the active game page.

Now is available. The intention of giving an outpost to the alliance was as a replacement to the "Bank", but i find it more interesting.

So now the alliance outpost is in the game for some time ...
Please provide some feedback for it. Is useful? etc ...

Also I want to know what other things can be done to improve the gameplay. Maybe new features/ideas etc ...

I'm not used to playing games where alliance members have any real benefit over a lone player, except for the obvious ability to communicate with alliance members via a mail that goes to all alliance members to launch mass attacks against a specific individual, so I'm afraid my ideas will be a bit limited on that.

I would like to see some 'member management' stuff though. Perhaps some ranks (call them whatever name you want)
Level 1 - the Alliance Founder - can appoint another player to Level 1(in effect creating more than one person with full privs) , disband the alliance, invite/dismiss players from the alliance, alliance forum moderation rights

Level 2 - invite/dismiss players to/from the alliance, alliance forum moderation rights
Level 3 - Diplomat - can set/unset diplomatic relations with other races/alliances.
Level 4 - normal player

Visual Improvements
A 'Command Structure' screen available from Crusade so alliance members can see who is who - who is Level 1 , Level 2 etc

A 'Memberlist' screen (as above) that lists all member of the alliance. Level 1 and Level 2 alliance members could also see extra information against the players name like 'activity' traffic lights; Red light for inactive for more than 5 days, Yellow light for inactive for more than 2 days, Green light for active within the last 24 hours. Of course we can already look up a player manually now but with a big number of alliance members, that would be a nightmare and an indicator system such as I have described would save bandwidth and database calls.
