Troop limit

Hi, I have what is probably a noob question, what determines how many troops I can assemble at a time?

So when I go to the barrack and under Quantity/Allowed it says (0) that's not a troop limit?

do you have enough resources?
are you at the house limit? if you are send some troops away then build marines.

So that number is just how many you can train with the current available resources and housing?

yes, i dont think theres a limit to the max number you can have,
