Where can I find all unit specification?

Do units have 'hidden' abilities, such as down-grade buildings or better against multiple units--more so than the stats would indicate?

Or are all units effectiveness exactly as the arethmetic of attack/hp vs Counter/hp modified by defense buildings and upgrades?
