And What ranks are there??

They are no ranks...They are rankings, you need more umm "pork" to your topic.

like for example some people have the rank of 'Colonial Trader' in game.

I think I know what you mean.

That is referring to their rank within their alliance, those ranks are determined by the Alliance leader(s) and are achieved based on their standards.

The ranks in the Alliance have selections?? Or the rank just named by the leader manually??

The rank is given by your leader, manually. If you like a specific one, ask the founder.
