How can i close these new help window, i cannot use all my function, whyle they are behind the window.

Edit:Ok, i see now, after i will build this 2 Marines, this window is closed.

2nd.Edit:Now i see, when i send the marines away, this window is comming back and tell me the same as bevore, pls give on the to do list.
also i dont will build on all collonies a crusade, when i dont build a crusade, this window doesnt gone. pls make sure, that we can close this window when ever we want.
