the bottem bar is at the top

for some reason the bar that is usually at the bottem on my screen, the bar that says Crusade Outposts Profile Stats Forum Chat Logout , is at the top of my screen. That wouldn't be a problem but it covers my recources so i cant see what i have. Could you fix it please?

It was a temporary bug made by some updates in the game. It is still happening?

it happens on and off for me. though might just but a few pages or random I'm not sure wasn't paying attention
