I noticed that there is a new button says "Give to Alliance", in the Outpost Tab. What is the main function of that? Does it like letting the whole Alliance you are in to like "watch" over it and have access to do whatever with it?

By the way, I saw some shining red lights at the Outpost Tab too. Quite nice. xD
