[System] Tax errors (?)

Apparently the tax in my Bakazium kept changing. just now it was showing 100% in the page after login and 102% after I click on "Bakazium" (outpost name on top bar). The current setting for tax is 80%. I have no idea where the extra 2% comes from.

p.s. i also thinks that my tax setting has been changed without my knowledge but i wasn't really paying attention to it so i could be wrong.

I pointed this out long ago... The tax lets say of 80% can be as far as 8% below or over, the more you tax the further it can get off from what should be taxed.

it wasn't that. of course if the tax were say 88% i would expect a 2% at the end. but since i set it at 80% it would be either 0% or 5% at the end.

however, that was before. i just realized the temple gives 2% increases now instead of 5% before engine update. So now the math fits.
