!Important. Marines vs Ships!

A topic that need to be cleared!
Should ships attack marines and marines the ships ?


If Ships are not fighting the marines the advantage is that your marines will not be destroy but the disadvantage is that you can not stop a player from taking your resources.

If they battle with each other you have the advantage that you can protect you resources more easy, but you will lose your marines in the process.

I find it more realistic that ships and troops should be able to attack each other. however, I think the current ship may not be much better than ground troops except more expensive. Maybe a tweak in the calculation so that if Ships vs Troops, ships would have higher power. I mean it'd be so much easier to drop a bomb or shoot from high up and kill a marine than a marine spray bullets and destroy a ship.

I agree with Baka. If it's ship vs. units, ships definitely need to have more power than right now (compared to units).

Actually, why don't you guys(Developer) put some Strength(Anti-xxx) on some units?? For an example, ONLY marines using their laser guns can shoot towards up and straight thus giving them to attack any type of units-sky or on ground, while like some other units which is melee (Templar and Mecha, just guessing by their pictures, they have swords) ONLY able to attack ground units. And why don't you make three types of ships??? The first type is able to encounter both air and ground, second is air while the third is ground by dropping bombs??

I am just trying to suggest. Ignore this if you guys hate it.

Thank you if you like it very much... Too bad I can't vote according to my suggestion T.T... Well, if the game is running according to what I have suggested, this game is Well More Balanced. Cause I see that everybody is training lots of Mecha instead of Marines because Mecha is much much stronger than Marine and is also Offensive Type. So by adding this into the game, this idea would force players to train balance amount of Marine and Mecha due to Marine's ability of encountering both air and ground, while Mecha only on ground. And also, you need to make two types of Defensive units, one for air and one for ground, thus making players training both of them. And also making three types of ships will also need to be balanced out cause of the first type-both anti-air and anti-ground. The first type of ship MUST be slightly weaker than the other two... Making:
2 of each 2nd and 3rd type is slightly stronger than 4 of the first type. By doing this, it is more balanced. Of course, my suggestion may have some holes in them.


Making this game more strategic and more balanced is the next step, forward to seeing any improvements.

the marines would die against the ships if defending because of the templars and valkarie are the only good defense unite so you would have to make a unit that is defense and can attack ships

I agree with skyguy need a special unit to combat space unit if suggestion goes into game

Yes Yes. I know that the Marines die against ships... But what happens if the Marines attack an outpost which ONLY containing Anti-Air Ships?? The ships would go down and resources would be looted... Just saying that all Units(Sky or Ground) must have a Limited-Attack-Type... Or else it would be just click(train units) then click(enemies' outpost) click(Stargate) click and type(number of troops and types) click(send troops) and wait...... (Is this would you call "Strategy")

That's all T.T

If the feature like this "Limited-Attack-Type" is in the game, Agents will gain 100% Usage. Cause you will never know what does your enemy outpost have for defenses.
(Sending Agents to spy on enemy before Attacks would be call "Strategy")

Without this feature, players will just send Strong Imperial Ground Troops and Strong Imperail Fleet and that's all...
And I have said that with this, the game will be more balanced with my "Marine and Mecha" theory.

i kind of agree but players do use spies to find out info about other peoples outposts and then send the required troops to get the job done.
