In an alliance shared outpost, it appears the only person who can take out resources is the person who created the outpost. I think it would be reasonable to give control to the alliance leader (ok, I am my alliance’s leader, but I will be fair, honestly).

Perhaps the alliance leader could assign rights to members to access the resources. In our alliance (Fools), we wouldn't have a problem with allowing all our members access. It's a nuisance for Baka (who created the outpost) to have to deal with requests and hand out the resources (and it would be for me too if I had control). It would be better if we could just post some rules in our alliance forum about how much people should take.

Note: this is an issue for Asgard Prime, but there is no suggestions thread there anymore.
