[System]Ancient Ship upgrade did not work

I tried to upgrade my Ancient Ship from Ruins to level 1. Resources were subtracted and it went into my building queue. I logged off. I logged in 8 hours later expecting to see my Ancient Ship at level 1, but it is still at ruins. But all the resources I used to build it are still gone.

This is a known issue, I believe.

Ya had this happen to me also. It worked the second time.

Yeah I've attempted to build my 4th outpost but same thing happened as the time I tried to build my 3rd (the resources are taken, it takes x amount of time to build but doesn't produce it).
Outpost is Primera 12, 34

I can verify it is actually happening.
I got a refund last time, tried again and it worked.

Mmm, I am not doubting it, I am just saying they did not figure out what caused it the last time it was reported.

I tried building it again and unfortunately same problem. This is getting a little expensive

3rd times a charm, shame about the 10's of thousands of resources lost in the process.
