depends on what troop you want to train and on the lv of your barracks
space marines are in the 4-6 mins each in the lv 1-10 barracks

Go to your barracks, and it will display the remaining time.

But, yes the training time, depends on number, and level of barracks.

Scroll down at the bottom of the page to see Training Queue.
The higher the level of your Barracks, the faster units will be trained.
