Bonuses appear to not work

I've tried to use some of the production bonuses (+20% Energy and such) and there has been no change to my per hour rate,
Server:Draco
Outpost: Marshall2005 Asgard
Is the bonus not working or do you just not see it working?
If it doesn't work can I have my crystals back please?

It will not directly show,but the effect will be present.

Bellow the Active Bonuses table, there's a description:
* Each of your outposts can get bonuses [...] The bonuses aren't visible at the colonies, but ARE calculated every hour.
