Alliance Power means nothing its inaccurate
I come from Xeno where I hide my true power by transferring my fleet to all my colonies, the game was unable to determine that the fleet had been moved yet my power increased. I was always solo and my power never dropped from a million.. for example i left that game and Rendar did the same tactic his power shows at 5 million yet my fleet was maybe about 500,000, players tend to coward down to such power, it buy'd me time to increase my power, yet if you reenforce or move the troops or ships then the power drops to what ever is left on that colony
Also it doesn't count ships or troops being built, i don't know the Draco lingo since i haven't played for a very long time, any troop or ship lost wont be counted untill it returns to your base
It does count all players fleet power, yet as i've said is very easy to hide it... but it only works if the player is in an alliance to verify the power of a solo player with no alliance thats a diff story
It seems Draco is far behind Xeno in the game knowledge
