What happen to excess resources ?
We get temporary excess resources 2 ways:
- When a raid mission brings back resources in excess of storage cap.
- When a trade arrives bringing resources in excess of same cap.
The total of that resource shows for a while the full amount including the excess.
Then a bit later (at next production tick, I suspect), that resource goes down to its cap.
Now, my question is: what becomes of the excess which has been removed? is it simply deleted, or converted into BC?
