Small Tutorila

Who do I choose? Alterian(Guardians) or Draconian(Flood)?
Alterian are as the acients in stargate the most powerfull all around. They pack a serious punch and raid in a ratio 2 to 1.
Max resources capable of holding is 8 mill 6 mill 6 mill 6 mill and BC of 264 mill

Draconian are like the wraith they build fast and overwhelm you by mass producing more, sadly they do not pack a punch.
Troops mass produce 2 to 1, may not seem like a big deal but if your alterian and conquered a draco colony you benefit from their cheap value.
Max resources capable of holding is 4 mill 2.5 mill 2.5 mill 2.5 mill and BC of 168 mill (not entirely sure im going on memory)

What to build?
A few Space Marines(screamers) and raid mines fast.

Housing(Spawnit Pit)Without you cannot build anything.
I build Asgard(Hive) to lvl 21 only then can you build 4 buildings at a time(Which i use to upgrade resources)
Followed by Architects Bay(Constructor) To make buildings cost less. It reachs up to 60 percent.
Temple of Ra(Fouler) A boost to your resources per hour production, It is absolutely necessary. Goes up to 110 percent
Biosphere(Hell Siphon) and Storage facility(Tanker) You must upgrade to make space for raided resources or hourly production. Also the higher it is the more bc you can store which is everything.
You must remember the higher you upgrade them the longer to build up and the longer you wait the more your left behind.

Doesn't have to be in that order is jus thow i tpyed it.

Barracks(Den)
It is necessary the higher the faster you can beggin assembling your ground troops.
Armor Barracks(Den mound) Unlocks new troops the higher the level.

Everything else is not really needed, the rest of the building just take up Housing they can help yet I personally don't see a need for them at all.

Neccesary Upgrades

Armor Barracks(Den Mound) & Space Academy(Evolutioneer)
Don't forget to upgrade the Counter-Attack, Weapons and Hit Points of your ground troops and ships, most don't upgrade them BUT they do make a big difference, a fully upgraded ground troop or ship can take on thousands and win with lil numbers.
Remember...the higher the buildings are the less time it takes to upgrade your troops n ships also they cost less. Try upgrading 3 at a time no more or you take too long to upgrade.

Troops To Build
I personally recommend to build only Space Marines(Screamer) to raid, they pay for themselves afer a few hits, very cheap.
A few Agents(Shadow) to spy or to deceive a spy or raid from other players the more you have the more of a false report you give your opponent.
Mechas(hunter killer) are the best ground troop but don't defend with them they are ment to only attack.
Valkyrie(Inverse) are the best well rounded but take days to build. So Marines(screamers) for their cheap and lil time to build are the best troop to build.

Ships to build

Drone Mark II(phoenix) are the fastest and build the most.
But I would recommend only building Eragon(cyclops) or Thor(tremor)... the most powerfull.
Disturbias(pandora) are ment to conquer but they cost too much.
Valhalla's(Queen) are the destroyers of worlds, and the only ship capable of destroying. Build atleast 25 and you will downgrade a building per valhalla(Queen) you attack with.

Battle

I personally don't bother to sends agents(shadows) to find out what the enemy has for defenses i overwhelm them with massive ammounts.
It is essential to deceive your opponents
For example I send 9 raids with only one space marine(screamer) to make hi/her think i will attack. But is only to test the defense to play to deceieve to bully to make them think im sending all out waves. Why do you ask? eventually they will think your bluffing when that time comes you can send real attacks in btw the fake attacks and catch your opponent sleeping.

Colonies

Some players believe the more colonies you have the more powerfull you appear, but thats wrong infact experiecned players know the more you build the more your incapbale of defened thus making yourself raidable.
To build alot of colonies is only needed if you plan on being a warrior, but does make you a target, the smaller the better, you may not be able to build asmuch being small yet you stay out of harms way by not being seen.

You should keep your colonies next to one anothe ronly if you plan on defending them, if not spread them out so each can raid players, treat each colony as if it was a seperate account and you will grow fast.

Crystals

Conver Bc into crystals in transporter(peddler) they make our life easier
You can use them to upgrade colonies faster, to instantly build troops or ships, even exchange resources for bc or bc for resources vise versa

How should I build my troops?

I personally only build 2 to maybe 4 thousand Space Marines(Screamers) when I wake up. Why? Because 999 take 11:38 hours to complete. By the time you wake up the next day you will have atleast 1998 Space Marines(Screamers)
Most players build and build because of constant raiding eventually they waste the resources. Why? Because they have to over build and unfortunately its good to build a lot but not too much, building too many troops can overwhelm after a few because it can take up to a week or 3 until you see those troops, mean while a war can pop out or somebody wants to test your defense and you will have almost nothing because you were too busy over spending on troops you wont see for weeks.

Always leave one space marine(screamer) at your home base if u send a wave away then cancel it you can make room to build new troops. How? Housing takes spots for every troop you build + buildings, to get around it just send your troops to raid and housing goes down to only building total. Try using Great Barracks(Greater den) to build even more troops. Cost 3 times but take 1/3 of the time to build. Also if you use Crystals they can be done instantly(doe snot work with greater buildings only normal). The most you will pay is about 147 Crystals for 999 Mantis Tank(Behemoth), and as lil as 47 for Space Marines(Screamers) so this is why raiding BC and converting to crystals help and does make your life easier.

Secondary Colonies

This colonies should be made to A)Produce resources for your main base or B)Produce Troops
Secondary colonies shouldn't be upgraded as if they were main bases it is a mistake to fully upgrade them use them as if they were helpers and only to help.
A small colony should be made to store your ground troops and ships, before reinforcing it you must make sure you build a stargate(hellmouth) and destiny(carrier) or your troops will be stuck and you wont be able to move them. Why do this? well cus eventually your main base will over flow with troops and they will start to eat your food and you will wake up to negative production, forcing you to either send your troops far away or to constantly raid.
Don't reinforce new colonies with all your power FIRST TEST BY REINFORCING FROM YOUR NEW COLONY TO YOUR OLDEST CUS POPULATION DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO SEND BACK AFTER A CERTAIN TIME PASSES(I KNOW ITS SILLY).

How to play?

You have to come with the mentality of war, and accept that you will be raided, attacked, conquered, and downgraded. Don't assume that everybody will think like you do nor expect nice players. Do not play to build play to one day fight but don't push to always be fighting. You must make friends and join an alliance. You cannot and will not survive alone. The more you get on, the faster you will see results, its a live game if you don't put in time, it wont reward you, but if you do, the addiction alone will get you hooked.

Buildings that aren't really needed at all

Crusade(Desolator)
You should only upgrade it if you intent to create an alliance of your own, otherwise don't even bother with it.
Wratih Pylon(Guardian) & Ground Batteries(Aggressor) They arent really needed, once upon a time you would get 120 % boost to your defenses but it was impossible to beat anybody like that so it was changed and now is 31%. It helps give you shielding but not enough to really upgrade, they cost lil bit too much for the reward.
Shifter(Evader) They are only needed starting out, once you high enough you will realize they don't protect anything is a forgotten building, your troops should protect your resources.
Transporter(Peddler)This building shouldn't be upgraded on secondary colonies if they are warriors, however if they are help colonies you have to upgrade it, in main base is essential, to trade more, to help somebody, sometimes even hide resources from incoming raids, but it was fixed so you cant do that anymore.
Troop pods(Shiva)They hide ONLY ground troops, for every upgrade you get 30 minutes, as if they didn't exist, helps to clear space for more troops and buildings, however it only protects up to 9999 of each ground troop which is not very much at all.

Buildings that are semi needed
This buildings are up to you to decide if you want to upgrade.
Destiny(Carrier)Helps you send out your ships, one upgrade can send unlimited raids/attacks, but your limited to the space you can travel, so the more you upgrade the further you will go(however it only travels 1/3 of the map at best when is fully upgraded).
Batlestation(Hellspawn)Produces the heaviest most powerfull ships, like anything the higher it is the less time building the ships take, very expensive so save up, but worth every cent you spend on them.(Be sure to read which ship you build Thors(tremor) Eragon(cyclops) and Valhalla(queen) are the last to be unlocked.
Fighter Garrison(Brood mother)Is not really needed because this ships while they are cheap they pack almost no punch, so is up to you if you wish to uprade, though to a certain level you have to upgrade to unlock other buildings and ships which is a pain.
Stargate(Hellmouth)Is absolutely needed, you will get up to 9 total raids , is not a lot but you wont need that many.

Argon extractors(extractors) aka mines aka resources
Food(hydroponic food), eveyrthium, argon, energy(BC)

I personally upgrade them none stop, this are the game drivers without them you get nowhere, this must be upgraded above everything else, it starts paying off close to lvl 20 after that combined with templa of ra(fouler) the resources become so high you wont know how to spend them.
You must find a balance btw upgrading mines and other buildings, it is best to use the instant 6 minute building, when it hits 5:59 minutes to be done click on (Instantly Finish for Free) or click on get resources and crystals right above it. then check on Crystals needed, if it says 0 then is an instant upgrade, if it has a number thats how many crystals you will need to finish building or troop.

Why do I need Crystals?

Well you can trade 99999 plus 2 crystals for 99999 of resource you don't have and vise versa, is instant, so you wont have to wait around if you have resources to trade

This is here crystals come into play and how you will use them more then likely:

Solar Plants to Level 10 0 Instant Activate ............. Free upgrade

+3 Extra Building Queues 15 7 Activate ............. You can use the crystals to get 3 extra building queues. which help alot instead of having one upgrade at a time will do 4 starting out which is a big boost.

Ancient Hunter ................... Ancient hunter should not be used, if you have ground & ships it is not instant, so dont buy it. Unless you just do it for an extra building queue

Ability to redo Raid missions in 2 clicks
15 14 Activate

Move Colony (Anywhere) 30 Instant Activate .............. Move colony anywhere... lets you move anywhere(or you can go in hyperspace) and never come down if you will be gone for a lil while it hides your colony takes you off the map. Is great in wars sorta like gorilla war, you hit then hide, and you cannot be hit at all. cowardly perhaps but is a fair tactic.

+20% Taxes (Credits bonus) 20 7 Activate .............. gives you exactly what it says which is pretty good
+20% Food Production 20 7 Activate .............. gives you exactly what it says which is pretty good
+20% Erythium Production 10 7 Activate .............. gives you exactly what it says which is pretty good
+20% Argon Production 10 7 Activate .............. gives you exactly what it says which is pretty good
+20% Energy Production 10 7 Activate .............. gives you exactly what it says which is pretty good
+1 Extra Building Queue 5 7 Activate ............... Extra building queue
Small Hunter: ................ same as ancien thunter is not needed
Ability to redo Raid missions in 2 clicks .................... it kinda works but not really
