Ban darkshadow aka skyguy

I request that darkshadow aka skyguy or whatever has his fleet removed, and banned.

For the following reasons..

Mutiply accounts..
I have messages of darkshadow admitting he is skyguy.

Abusing the protection system
Darkshadow refusing to leave protection and has his former fleet of skyguy he has attacked me and is unfairly using the system.

Proxy
Now darkshadow and skyguy do not have the same IP, and therefore I propose that it is a proxy and that all major proxy be blocked as well.

Disrespect to all users, attempting to cause problems with administration
I am sure everyone knows what I mean..

I don't like seeing people being banned from a game when it's still in the early stages of life, and being impartial between the forums and the game is important to me, but I agree Darkshadow aka skyguy has created a great imbalance in the game by creating/using multiple accounts and transferring a large army/fleet to a new account that is still under protection.

With an impending war between system lords and Unicron vs MD and having a player with a large army not attackable on any side makes for a not fun to play in environment.

This is all I will say on the subject as this is now up to the Developers discretion.

Skyguy' deleted his former account on the pretext that it was gaining too much aggression from other players so he had to delete his account.

I do not see anything wrong with creating a new account with his former units transferred over.
Wouldn't it be worse for him since he had to rebuild the buildings and research all those techs again?

In my opinion, I don't think he can be considered a cheat.

Btw, darkshadow has a population of 269, how does that show that he refused to leave the protection system since you are protected from all attacks under 120 population?

That is over 469 population difference, and he is less then a week old...Btw...How do you jump over 150 population in 8 hours?

The issue, is that his "New" account was made while his old account still existed, and was only deleted upon him being informed he may be banned on for the same thing in Xeno..

So

1: His account still existed at the time of creation, by him having his old fleet is proof of that alone.

2: Because he is less then a week old he still has Fleet Protection, as well as you can no longer attack someone 1/4 of your size. For example, I can't attack someone under 400 population unless they have have played for three weeks.

3: Nothing has changed..

I increased my population by upgrading my mines, which were left at lvl 5 for a long time =)

Skyguy transferred to me his units with his old account and I only passed him back his units to darkshadow about a week later.

He deleted his previous account skyguy before he created darkshadow.

Btw, you still can attack darkshadow by using your smaller outpost, that's how I transferred units to him.

He increased his population by over 150 in less then eight hours, that would be vary hard to do with the food upkeep he would need let alone resources his army would also fill the population cap, and everything factoring in.

That is indeed allowed but refer to the rest of the post.

Well, it is still up to pr3t3nd3r and Ra to decide whether they should ban darkshadow.

Furthermore, I don't see any public reason/comments from pr3t3nd3r or Ra about the possible decision to a sever wipe which is worrying me.
I think that issue holds a greater importance to the interest of the server and that hasn't even been addressed.
